I have ordered my save the dates from them before and absolutely loved them and the fact they were shipping and received in a much faster time than expected!! While I am going with a different place for my wedding invites, I decided to use Basic invite for my envelopes as they make the process SO much easier when it comes to pre-written addresses. Once again, the product shipped out and was delivered fast but when it was received the package had been ripped part and everything was wet :/ I called customer service and when I say I was helped and a new order was placed within ONE MINUTE of the phone call… I mean it. I received my new, and not wet, invites 3 days later with no extra charge!! Serina and Danielle: Thank you SO MUCH!! I am so grateful for the service and care I received for such a big moment in my life. Will be buying again from them :)
