We recently ordered 100 rounded-edge magnet Save the Dates from Basic Invite, along with custom envelopes and a proofing service to ensure our design was perfect before printing. Unfortunately, the product we initially received did not match the approved proof, with noticeable issues in image alignment, contrast, edge rounding, and overall magnet quality. This was a frustrating experience, as it disrupted our timeline for sending them out to our guests. However, our disappointment quickly turned around when we were connected with Trevor from customer support. Trevor was outstanding—he personally ensured our concerns were addressed, kept us informed throughout the redesign process, and sent multiple proofs for our approval before finalizing the order. I liked how there are different paper options! I couldn’t pick between the standard and smooth paper finishes and ended up going with the smooth paper option because the photos popped just a little bit more.
